We believe in being completely clear about our role.
ExplorerCanada is a newcomer concierge and settlement-orientation service. We do not own, manage, list, rent, sublet, broker, or guarantee housing. We do not act as a real estate agency, real estate broker, property manager, landlord representative, tenant representative, immigration consultant, financial advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor. Our role is limited to practical guidance, preparation, orientation, checklists, and coordination support.
What we do

What we don't do
